NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICESING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL ALL ALCOHOL COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE NEW DAILY LIVE & NON-LIVE ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapters 138 and 140, an application has been made by Triton Beverage Group dba Cape Cod Beer, 1336 Phinney's Lane, Barnstable, for an annual all-alcohol common victualer license. Microbrewery comprised of a 5000 sq. ft. bldg w/assembly-taproom w/seats for 206 or 96 seats w/tables & chairs, or 288 standees only; production, retail, offices, 2 bathrooms (1-ADA) & 3 egresses – 1 at rear of assembly/taproom, 2 at front of retail; a 2300 sq. ft. storage area w/access from patio to 2 adjacent space ADA compliant bathrooms, a 4000 sq. ft. building w/production, a 6700 sq. ft. patio w/seats for 250 and planter/barrier surround. Proposed alcohol manager is Michael McNamara. Hours of operation are Monday – Saturday 8am to 12:45am and Sunday 10am – 12:45am. The applicant also proposes a daily live entertainment to include up to 7 live amplified performers, comedy shows, live theatre, and karaoke; and daily non live entertainment to include 1 cinema screen to include music videos, 1 video game, recorded music above conversation level, and 5 TV's. Proposed hours of live and non-live entertainment are daily from 10am to 12:45am. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall Building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room – 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA. Public comments are welcome in-person, at the time of the public hearing.
