Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that William Pandolfo has proposed to amend the Order of Conditions for DEP file number SE7-2273 to demolish an existing detached garage and construct a new flood-compliant garage with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) above, as well as to permit a cobble-edged gravel driveway in an AE & V flood zone and within 100-ft of a wetland resource area at 401 Circuit Avenue, Bourne. Plans can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov or AAmado@bourne-ma.gov.
A public hearing on this matter will be held in person on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Bourne Veterans Community Building, 239 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532.
