Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Hearing Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that William Pandolfo has proposed to amend the Order of Conditions for DEP file number SE7-2273 to demolish an existing detached garage and construct a new flood-compliant garage with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) above, as well as to permit a cobble-edged gravel driveway in an AE & V flood zone and within 100-ft of a wetland resource area at 401 Circuit Avenue, Bourne.
