Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Meeting Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Joseph Povoas has proposed to demolish existing residential structure, fill in the footprint, remove overgrown trees within the Coastal Embankment, and replant native species. The project is located in a VE Flood Zone with a Coastal bank, at 73 Lewis Point Road, Bourne MA. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov.
