Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that 34 Beverly Road LLC has proposed a portico addtion to existing single-family home and removal of existing entryway structure to the home, within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage at 34 Beverly Road, Bourne MA. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov. A public meeting on this matter will be held in person on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Bourne Veterans Community Building, 239 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532.
