Lot 42 in Royal Oaks, Section 1B, a subdivision in Marion County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded as Instrument No. 97-96535, in the office of the recorder of Marion County, Indiana.
This property is commonly known as 11024 Waterfield Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46235
