Request for Proposals (Facilities Master Plan)   The Board of School Trustees for Monroe County Community School Corporation (MCCSC), Bloomington, Indiana seeks proposals from a qualified architectural and facilities planning firm to provide comprehensive long-range facilities planning and educational adequacy analysis, capital planning, and project management services in alignment with corporation academic excellence goals and fiscal stewardship priorities. The Request for Proposals is in preparation for a facilities master plan agreement. The proposal must be delivered to MCCSC by May 20th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
