American Senior Communities RFP- Ventilator Equipment
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify potential Vendor(s) with whom ASC could establish an agreement for Ventilator Equipment on behalf of its communities. The goal of this agreement and all agreements entered into by American Senior Communities (ASC) is to provide superior quality products and services at the lowest possible total cost to our entire portfolio of facilities.
RFP packages may be obtained by sending an email to jensenglaze@ASCCare.com.
All responses to the RFP will be received by the Procurement Department until 5pm EST on or before Friday, October 17, 2025. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline. Responses to the RFP must be submitted via email to jensenglaze@ASCCare.com.
Awards, if any, will be made by ASC. A combination of financial and non-financial criteria (e.g., quality, service, supplier qualification) will be used to determine the winning bid(s).
Upon award, each successful Vendor will sign an Agreement with ASC to sell products and/or services. The Agreement will incorporate all the terms and conditions as indicated in Attachment B, pricing, specifications, and requirements of the RFP Package.
ASC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to waive any irregularities in proposals.
