NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG
ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the "Plan Commission") will conduct a public hearing regarding the following application:
Case Number: PCCZ-26-1
Applicant Name: Ben Comer on behalf of CRG Residential
Parcel Number, Location: Parcel #'s: 32-08-06-300-001.000-015, 32-08-06-300-002.000-015. The project will front N 900 E and is directly north of the Meijer on 56th Street.
Case details: The applicant is looking to rezone approximately 29 acres of unannexed AGR (agriculture residential district) to PUD (planned unit development) zoning upon annexation into the Town of Brownsburg for a mixed-use multi-family and smaller-scale commercial development.
The public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 27th day of April, 2026 in the Town Hall Council Meeting Room, 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112 where all interested parties will be given an opportunity to testify regarding the proposal per the Plan Commission Rules of Procedure. The application file, including legal description and project details, is available for examination at the Department of Development Services, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, exclusive of legal holidays, at the above address. Written objections must be filed with the Department of Development Services by the date of the hearing to be considered by the Plan Commission.
