NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF PLAINFIELD, INDIANA REGARDING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE TOWN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF PLAINFIELD, INDIANA REGARDING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE TOWN The Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana, (the "Town Council" and "Town," respectively) is proposing to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said Town to include the following described territory ("Territory"): - Tinoco Property (center 1/3 of the parcel) - 3352 S State Rd 267 (32-10-27-290-003.000-011) The property that is the subject of this Territory consists of approximately 0.67 acres and is generally located on the northwest side of the Town on the west side of S State Rd 267 and just north of its intersection with Northfield Rd. All landowners of the annexation Territory have voluntarily requested that the Town consider such annexation. The Town Council will conduct a public hearing on May 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (Local Time) in the Council Chambers at the Plainfield Civic Center, 206 W Main St, Plainfield, Indiana 46168, to consider annexation of the property in accordance with the provisions of Indiana Code Sections 36-4-3 et.seq. A legal description of the area being considered for annexation is available and can be inspected at the Clerk's office at the Plainfield Civic Center, 206 W. Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana 46168 during regular business hours.
