Notice of Dissolution Schoettmer Enterprises LLC Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 23-18-9-9 of the Indiana Business Flexibility Act, as amended (the "Act"), that Schoettmer Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company organized under the Act (the "Company"), with its principal place of business in Marion County, Indiana, has been voluntarily dissolved in accordance with Section 23-18-9-1, et seq. of the Act.
