Public Notice, Flanner House Flanner House of Indianapolis provides public notice that it sold three homes (817 W. 28th St., 935 Udell St., and 745 Roache St., Indianapolis, IN 46208), developed through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Vacant to Vibrant homeownership program. Each home was sold to a buyer who is an employee of Flanner House. Each buyer is employed by Flanner House in a service area unrelated to housing or economic development, applied through the same homeownership program available to the public, obtained financing through a lender of their own choosing, and had no role in or influence over the administration of the program, its funding decisions, or any related real estate activities of Flanner House. This notice is published to disclose these employment relationships and to provide an opportunity for public comment.
