In accordance with Iowa Code Section 447.9 you are hereby notified that on the 19th day of
June, 2023, the following described parcel, situated in Iowa County, Iowa, to-wit:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty, Township Eighty-one North, Range Ten West of the Fifth P.M., Iowa County, Iowa described as follows:
Commencing as a point of reference at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 30; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 1,378.06 feet along the North line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 30, to the point of beginning, (for purposes of this legal description the North line of the Southwest Quarter, Section 30, Township 81 North, Range 10 West is assumed to have a bearing of North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East); thence South 0 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds East, 1,430.88 feet along the boundary agreement between Orio G. Buswell and the Solar Homes Company, recorded in the Iowa County Recorder's Office, Book 33, Pages 261, 262, 263 to a point on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company's Northerly right of way line, said point being 50 feet in perpendicular distance Northerly from the centerline of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company's main tract; thence North 89 degrees 29 minutes 55 seconds East 800.00 feet along the said Northerly right of way line, said line being parallel with and 50 feet in perpendicular distance Northerly from the centerline of the main tract; thence North O degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds West, 1,423.88 feet to a point on the North line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 30; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 800.00 feet along the North line of said Southwest Quarter to the point of beginning. a/k/a PARCEL # 734000001 Certificate No: 2023-23120
Was sold at tax sale by the Treasurer of Iowa County for the then delinquent and
unpaid taxes against the parcel, which a Certificate of Purchase was duly issued by the County
Treasurer of Iowa County, Iowa, to ACC 14 LLC pursuant to said tax sale, which
Certificate is now lawfully held and owned by ACC 14 LLC, and that the right of
redemption will expire and a deed to the said parcel will be made unless redemption from said tax
sale is made within ninety (90) days from the completed service of this Notice.
