Legal Notice JS CRESVALE CAPITAL LIMITED IMPORTANT NOTICE IN RELATION TO COURT ORDER LEAVE WAS GRANTED TO JS CRESVALE CAPITAL LIMITED BY THE ORDER OF THE HIGH COURT OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE TO PAY ITS UNCLAIMED CLIENTS' ASSETS INTO THE COURT It is hereby announced that pursuant to an Order made by the Deputy High Court Judge Sara Tong SC of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Court of First Instance (the "Court") on 22 nd May 2026 in the matter of HCMP 653/2026, JS CRESVALE CAPITAL LIMITED had been granted a leave to, inter alia, pay its unclaimed clients' assets (including cash and securities) into the Court. An application for the payment out of the Court of those assets (including cash and securities) shall be made pursuant to Order 92, rule 5 of the Rules of the High Court (Cap. 4A of the Laws of Hong Kong).
