Notice of Public Hearing – Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Dryden PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Dryden will hold a public hearing January 12, 2025 AT 7:00PM, at the Village Hall, 16 South Street, Dryden NY to consider the variance request from Charles Dardia regarding property at 24 West Main St, located in a Res B zoning district. Mr. Dardia seeks relief from Dryden Village Law §350-10-B4, TO ALLOW FOR EXPANSION. Dardia wished to install an 8' X 10' portable shed adjacent to its parking lot and two feet from the property line. The application for this request is open to inspection at the office of the Village Clerk, 16 South Street. All meetings and public hearings are open to the public. If anyone who wishes to attend has special needs that need to be accommodated, please call the Clerk's Office at 607-844-8122 at least a few days prior.
