NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   LANDSCAPING, GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, AND CAMPUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES   Edward Waters University (EWU), Jacksonville, Florida, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscaping, grounds maintenance, and campus property management services for approximately forty-five acres of developed and undeveloped University-owned properties.   Services include turf maintenance, landscape bed maintenance, tree and shrub care, weed control, fertilization, seasonal plantings, debris removal, vacant lot maintenance, storm response, and campus beautification services.   A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held on: July 8, 2026 10:00 A.M.
