Notice To Bid Perry-McCall Construction has been selected by Duval County Public Schools as the Construction Manager for the deferred maintenance work at Fletcher High School. We will be accepting seal proposals for the following trade packages: Doors and Hardware Painting Flooring Casework Temporary Fencing Resurfacing Tennis courts Plumbing HVAC Electrical Prior to submitting a bid proposal, subcontractors are required to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, bid scopes of work, Perry-McCall subcontract agreement, schedule and complete subcontractor's pre-qualification ("SCORE"). SCORE registration information can be found here: https://www.perry-mccall.com/resources/. SCORE must be fully complete, including financial information, one week prior to the bid due date. Any proposed comments to Perry-McCall's subcontract agreement template must be submitted with subcontractor's bid. Any incomplete submissions of the requirements listed above may be subject to bid rejection. There will be a voluntary site visit on September 18th at 2:30. You must meet outside the main entrance of Fletcher High School building. Instructions: Interested bidders are required to notify Rory Russell at Perry-McCall Construction, Inc. of their intent to bid, in writing, no later than September 25 . Interested bidders who fail to notify Perry-McCall Construction of their intent to bid by referenced date above may not be permitted to bid.
