PUBLIC NOTICE The Commander, Southeast Coast Guard District, has received a bridge permit application from the Florida Department of Transportation requesting approval of the location and plans for the replacement of the C. Ray Greene bridge on SR 115 Lem Turner Blvd across the Trout River, Jacksonville, Duval County, FL. The existing fixed bridge would be completely removed and replaced with a new fixed bridge along a slightly different alignment. A public notice which outlines the project and explains how to provide comments concerning the project is available at https://navcen.uscg.gov/public-notice-for-bridges-active.
