ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   The CITY OF GREENVILLE, MISSISSIPPI will receive proposals for the “Rehabilitate Taxiway B South”, FAA AIP No. 3-28-0027-050-2025 project located at the Greenville Mid-Delta Airport. Proposals will be received at the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 340 Main Street, Greenville, Mississippi, until 2:00 P.M., local time, on April 30, 2026, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the stated time will not be accepted.   The work is generally described as follows:   This project includes the rehabilitation of Taxiway B, south of Taxiway F to Runway 36R at the Mid-Delta Regional Airport. Rehabilitation includes milling, hot mix asphalt overlay, crack sealing, installation of new pavement markings, paved shoulder removal, and shoulder redressing.   An informational Pre-Bid Conference Call will be held at 2:00 P.M. on April 23, 2026. Bidders are urged to participate in the meeting / teleconference in order to submit an informed bid. Contact the office of the Engineer for phone number and meeting ID required to join the call.   Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds will be required.
