Sealed bid proposals for the above-referenced project will be received by the Board of Trustees of Jackson Public School District at the Business Services Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201, until 10:00 A.M. (local prevailing time) on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 5:30 P.M. (local prevailing time) on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, before the Board of Trustees at the designated meeting location.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold acceptance of any bid for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.
Proposal documents may also be obtained through one of the following options:
1. Download from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com (a fee of $49.99 may apply), or
2. Download at no cost from the District’s website at www.jackson.k12.ms.us.
Vendors must be registered with Central Bidding in order to submit proposals electronically at no cost. For assistance with registration or the electronic submission process, please contact Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814. All hand-delivered proposals must be received prior to the stated deadline. Deliveries shall be made to the Business Services Office at 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201.
