TO: ANNIE LEE STIMAGE, if living, if not HER UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW; JASON RUNDLES; and ANY AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 2 OF SAID COMPLAINT IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND SITUATED IN HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI:

LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS:
Parcel “A”: A certain parcel of land being situated in Lot 12 Huntsman Survey in the City of Jackson, Mississippi and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Fortification Street with the west line of Lamar Street and run southerly along the west line of Lamar Street for a distance of 287.9 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel herein described; turn thence to the right through an angle of 93 degrees 15’ and run westerly 110 feet; turn thence to the left through an angle of 93 degrees 15’ and run southerly and parallel with the West line of Lamar Street for a distance of 35 feet; turn thence to the left through an angle of 86 degrees 45’ and run easterly 110 feet to the west line of Lamar Street; run thence northerly along the west line of Lamar Street 35 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT that certain five foot (5’) strip off the South side thereof which has been previously conveyed to Fred and Hattie Haymes.
Parcel “B”: Twelve feet (12’) off of the South side of the following described parcel, the same being a strip of land fronting on Lamar Street twelve feet (12’) and running back between parallel lines for a distance of eighty four (84) feet.
A parcel of land fronting 66 feet on the west side of Lamar Street and running back 84 feet between parallel lines, situated in Lot 12 of Huntsman Survey in the City of Jackson, Mississippi, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Fortification Street with the west line of Lamar Street and run southerly along the west line of Lamar Street for a distance of 221.9 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel herein described; turn thence to the right through an angle of 93 degrees 15’ and run westerly 84 feet; turn thence to the left through an angle of 93 degrees 15’ and run southerly and parallel with the west line of Lamar Street for a distance of 66 feet; turn thence to the left through an angle of 86 degrees 45’ and run easterly 84 feet to the west line of Lamar Street; run thence northerly along the west line of Lamar Street 66 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel “C”: Twelve feet (12’) off of the South end of the following described parcel of land being situated in Lot 12 of Huntsman Survey in the City of Jackson, Mississippi and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Fortification Street with the west line of Lamar Street and run southerly along the west line of Lamar Street for a distance of 221.9 feet; turn thence to the right through an angle of 93 degrees 15” and run westerly 84 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel herein described; continue thence westerly on the extension of the last mentioned course for a distance of 26 feet; turn thence to the left through an angle of 93 degrees 15’ and run southerly and parallel with the west line of Lamar Street for a distance of 66 feet; turn thence to the left through an angle of 86 degrees 45’ and run easterly 26 feet; turn thence to the left through an angle of 93 degrees 15’ and run northerly 66 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel being a strip of land twelve feet (12’) in width from North to South and twenty-six (26) feet in length from East to West, being bounded by the property of Edna Clark on the East and North side and by the property formerly belonging to Willie McGee on the South side.

Being the same property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 1296 at Page 68, and the Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 3924 at Page 340, whether correctly described herein or not.

You have been made Defendants in the Complaint filed in this Court by MEROS, seeking to remove clouds and confirm title to the real property described therein. Defendants other than you in this action are: LYNN FITCH, Attorney General of the State of Mississippi; HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; and JODY E. OWENS, District Attorney for the 7th Judicial District of Mississippi.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Monty Simpkins, the attorney for the Plaintiff, whose business address is P. O. Box 670, Madison, MS 39130, and whose street address is 458 Pebble Creek Dr., Suite 1, Madison, MS 39110.
