The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to Unknown Heirs at Law and/or Legatees and/or Devisees of Tony J. Bowman, Interested Persons, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, Defendants in the above captioned action, pursuant to the provisions of 735 ILCS 5/2-206, 5/2-207, 5/15-1502 and 5/15-1503, that the above captioned action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Henry County, Illinois, seeking to foreclose mortgages covering the following described real estate situated in Henry County, Illinois, to wit:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block Nine (9) of the Original Town, now City of Galva, running thence West along the North line of said Lot, 76-1/2 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of said Lot 76 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of said Lot, 76-1/2 feet; thence North along the East line of said Lot, 76 feet to the place of beginning, together with the South Half (S-1/2) of the vacated alley lying North of and adjacent thereto, Henry County, Illinois
