PUBLIC NOTICE
The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from City of Loudon to construct wastewater pump station in City of Loudon, Loudon County, Tennessee. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), EDA is conducting an assessment of the potential of the proposed project to affect the environment and/or historic properties. Notice is hereby given that the project is proposed to be located in, or may affect, a floodplain and/or wetland as defined by Executive Order (EO) 11988and/or EO 11990.
The project will involve the replacement of two pump stations, the upgrade on one pump station, the installation of approximately 6,000 linear feet of force main and the upgrade/ repair of sewer mains. The project will be located throughout the City of Loudon. Project information is available for review at City of Loudon, 2480 Highway 72 N, Loudon, TN 37774; 865-458-2033.
