Request for Qualifications Erin Drive Waterline Design Services City of Kent, County of Portage Response is due no later than 2:00pm on February 27, 2026. The City of Kent is requesting qualifications for professional engineering services for the design of Erin Drive Waterline. The design services include engineering, survey, utility location, plan preparation, preparation of bid documents, and cost estimating. The proposed project includes the replacement of approximately 900 lineal feet of waterline with cathodic protection. The estimated construction cost is $631,933. The anticipated design schedule is April 2026 through July 2026. Interested firms are invited to submit three (3) copies of the Letter of Interest to the City of Kent Division of Engineering 930 Overholt Road, Kent, Ohio 44240. Responses are due no later than 2:00pm on February 27, 2026. Late responses will not be considered.
