LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PORTAGE COUNTY DISTRICT LIBRARY'S PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2027 TAX BUDGET The Portage County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of the Portage County District Library's Proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Tax Budget on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Beginning June 18, 2026, copies of the proposed Tax Budget will be available for viewing at the Commissioners' Office and the County Auditor's Office, located at the Portage County Administration Building, 449 South Meridian Street, Ravenna from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and on the County's website at https://www.portagecounty-oh.gov/sites/g/files/vyhlif3706/f/uploads/district_library_budget_2027.pdf Written comments or emails concerning the proposed tax budget should be directed to the Commissioners' Office, ATTN: Commissioners' Clerk, 449 South Meridian Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 or emailed to kparbel@portageco.com and will be accepted until June 29, 2026.
