ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS The Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Protection District, pursuant to KRS 424.260, hereby advertises and requests sealed bids for the construction of a NFPA 1400 FIRE TRAINING BURN BUILDING at 8201 Greenwood Road, in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky 40258. Invitation for Bid with various descriptions can be obtained at Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Protection District Headquarters, 9500 Stonestreet Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40272, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; from Administrative Assistant Cheryl Smalley, Phone: (502) 935-3878; or requested and received by email to at csmalley@prpfire.org. All proposed conceptional and engineering documents, including structural drawing and technical specifications of the proposed NFPA 1400 Fire Training Burn Building must be certified by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) compliant with NFPA 1400, OSHA, and State & Local Building Codes. Any proposal must be bondable for full performance bond and labor and material payment bond.
