PUBLIC NOTICE
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – CONTRACTOR PARTICIPATION
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lebanon is now accepting applications from eligible residential construction and home-repair contractors to participate in its Workforce Development Program, a component of the Authority's Whole-Home Repairs Program funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).
The Workforce Development Program is intended to support local contractors by offsetting costs associated with hiring and training new employees with little to no prior experience in residential construction or home-repair trades. Eligible contractors may receive wage reimbursement and other incentives for approved employees, subject to program guidelines and availability of funds. Applications will be accepted until close of business on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Contractors interested in participating in the Workforce Development Program should contact Sydney Richardson, Community Development Specialist, at 717-273-9326 x 106 or srichardson@lebanoncountyredevelopment.com. The guidelines and application kit can also be found on www.lebanoncountyredevelopment.com under the Bid Information tab. The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lebanon reserves the right to approve or deny participation based on eligibility, compliance with program requirements, and availability of funding.
