Pine Grove Area School District is soliciting Request for Qualifications for the selection of an Energy Services Company (ESCO). The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) contains information and requirements for Energy Service Companies (ESCO) to prepare and submit qualification proposals for a guaranteed energy savings contract in accordance with Act 77 of 2004, Act 39 of 2010, the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act.
