The Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority (GLRA) will receive Sealed Bids online for the project: SCHILLING LANDFILL VERTICAL WELL INSTALLATION (PHASE II). The project consists of a “General Contract” which will be bid/awarded using the provided set of project documents and plans. Sealed Bids may be submitted and updated online via the PENNBID¬¬TM Program beginning January 5, 2026 and ending January 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
