INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County for the Greenfield Dr. & Meadowview Dr. Sanitary Sewer Extension Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, April 24, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened. The bid results will be posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. All bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, installing approximately 3,300 l.f. of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewers including trench restoration, manholes, laterals, and other related appurtenances, and all other associated work as more fully described in the Construction Drawings. This Project is funded in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA), under the H2O PA Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Projects Program. The Work is subject to all applicable federal and state requirements associated with this funding. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the South Lebanon Township Municipal Building.
