An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Richland Borough Building located at 5 Pine Street, Richland, PA on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids shall be marked “2026 Road Repairs Bid” and will be opened at the workshop meeting of the Richland Borough Council to be held at the Richland Borough Building located at 5 Pine Street, Richland, PA on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM. The contract will be awarded at the regular meeting of the Richland Borough Council to be held at the Richland Borough Building on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Bids will be received on proposal forms only.
