Notice is hereby given that on July 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM, in the 1897 Room on the second floor of City Hall, 104 East Main Street, the City of Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following requests:
BZA Case #797
Chad Schnepf of 7205 Highcrest Point, Washington, Michigan has applied for a Special Exception and three Area Variances for 1301 East Main Street, parcel number 0535012110 and 0535217500. The property is currently zoned CG – Commercial General District. LCO § 1143.12 requires that a Special Exception be granted for Drive Through Uses, LCO § 1133.03 requires a 5' minimum setback from property lines for all parking spaces located to the front setback of CG Districts, LCO § 1143.06 requires a minimum drive aisle width of 18' for 60 Degree angled parking spaces, and LCO § 1143.11 requires a minimum of thirteen off-street parking spaces.
