Motor Vehicle Highway Fund Major Budget Classification: Capital Outlay $160,000 TOTAL for MVH Fund $160,000 Local Roads and Streets Fund Major Budget Classification: Capital Outlay $65,000 TOTAL for LRS Fund $65,000 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department).
