Notice of Dissolution Majestic Apartments LLC ("Company") voluntarily dissolved on February 6, 2026, does hereby publish notice of its dissolution and requests that persons with claims against the Company present them in accordance herewith: A claimant must submit its claim in writing to Christopher D. Shelmon, 250 Main Street, Suite 590, Lafayette, IN 47901, and specify the following: claimant's name, address, amount of claim, and description of claimed services and dates thereof.
