THE CITY OF LAKELAND IS SOLICITING SEALED PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRMS TO ESTABLISH A POOL OF FIRMS CAPABLE OF CONDUCTING NATIONAL RECRUITMENTS FOR EXECUTIVE-LEVEL POSITIONS ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION. THESE RECRUITMENTS WILL SUPPORT BOTH GENERAL FUND AND ENTERPRISE FUND DEPARTMENTS, ENSURING THE CITY CONTINUES TO ATTRACT HIGHLY QUALIFIED, INNOVATIVE, AND SERVICE-ORIENTED LEADERSHIP. THE CITY INTENDS TO AWARD CONTRACTS TO MULTIPLE EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRMS WITH DEMONSTRATED EXPERTISE IN PUBLIC SECTOR AND SPECIALIZED LEADERSHIP RECRUITMENT.
