INVITATION FOR BIDS The Housing Authority of Bartow (HAB) will accept sealed bids from licensed and qualified contractors for the replacement of approximately 138 windows at Carver Village, 1060 South Golfview Avenue, Bartow, Florida. Any contractor desiring to submit a bid for this project must have more than five (5) years' experience building, repairing and/or remodeling multi-unit residential or commercial structures to be considered for this bid. All bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on May 04, 2026 at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered.
