Notice of Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Strickland Construction, Inc, on behalf of Polk County Board of County Commissioners, is currently accepting letters of interest and pre-qualifying any firm that wishes to submit a proposal for any and all trades for the Eagle Lake Maintenance Facility Project located at 2993 Sheffield Rd., Winter Haven, FL 33880. The project involves the new construction of an office building, a maintenance building, two storage buildings, and all associated site development. The scope includes but is not limited to construction materials testing, sitework/ underground utilities, landscape/ sod/ irrigation, sidewalks, metal fencing and gates, final cleaning, concrete, masonry, structural steel/ handrails, pre-engineered metal building, rough carpentry, cabinetry and countertops, aluminum storefront entrances, aluminum storefront windows, joint sealants, insulation, hollow metal/ wood doors & hardware, roll up doors, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, flooring/ base, acoustical ceilings, painting, markerboards/ tackboards, signage, flag poles, misc. specialties, aluminum walkway canopies, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher cabinets, window treatments, plumbing, HVAC, electrical/ low voltage.
