The proposed project is to construct and operate a new transfer station and other site amenities at 2760 Combee Road N, Lakeland, Florida 33805 and is subject to Department rules. This application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest District Office, 13051 N.
