NOTICE   NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Southampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of October, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lower-Level Meeting Room of the Upper Southampton Township Library Building, 947 Street Road, Southampton, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider and if appropriate to adopt, a 2024 update to the Upper Southampton Township Comprehensive Plan pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Members of the public are invited to attend and will be heard at the hearing.   Copies of the draft 2024 Upper Southampton Township Comprehensive Plan Update is on file at the Upper Southampton Township, Code, Building, and Zoning Office, located at 939 Street Road, Southampton, Pennsylvania, 18966, during normal business hours and a copy of the Resolution has been provided to the Bucks County Law Library and to this newspaper.   Upper Southampton Township John A.
