LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Richland Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Richland Township Municipal Building located at 1328 California Road, Quakertown, PA 18951 for the purpose of receiving public comment on a revision to the Richland Township Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Pollution Reduction Plan (PRP) for the Tohickon Creek, Morgan Creek, Tributary to Lake Nockamixon, Beaver Run, and Unnamed Tributary to Unami Creek. The MS4 PRP outlines the plan used to reduce pollutants discharged from the Richland Township MS4 in accordance with permit requirements. The Tohickon Creek stream restoration BMP was completed upstream from the originally proposed location proposed in the PRP. The Township is soliciting written comments on the revision until December 12, 2025. Comments must be submitted in writing to the attention of the Township Manager at 1328 California Road, Quakertown, PA 18951 or by email at (lhuhn@richlandtownship.org). Comments submitted via facsimile will not be accepted. Comments, including comments submitted by email, must include the originator’s name and address. The approved PRP and revised BMP location will be available for review at the Municipal Building during regular office hours Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.   Leslie Huhn Township Manager
