A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Council Rock High School South, 2002 Rock Way, Holland, PA 18966. Questions during the bidding process shall be submitted by RFI format through PennBid.
