LEGAL NOTICE
On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., Horsham Township Council, during its regularly scheduled meeting at the Horsham Township Administrative Offices, 1025 Horsham Road, Horsham PA, will conduct a public hearing to consider the Conditional Use Application of Hallmark Building Group, Inc. (“Applicant”) for the unaddressed, vacant 84.11 acre property fronting Park Road, surrounding the property located at 29 Park Road, being tax parcel number 36-00-06137-01-9, located in the R-1 Low-Density Residential Zoning District (“Property”). The Applicant seeks to install a corridor crossing of a road and utility transmission line and naturalized stormwater basins in a riparian corridor on the Property (“Application”), which is permitted by conditional use pursuant to Section 230-49.E(4)(a) & (b) of the Township Zoning Ordinance. At the conclusion of the hearing, Council will consider approval of the Application, unless it deems additional time is required for consideration and discussion, in which case it will hold a continued public hearing at another meeting at an announced date and time for that purpose.
The Application is on file at the at the above-addressed Township Administrative Offices where it may be inspected during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to provide comments regarding the Application.
