The City of Lansing’s Department of Economic Development and Planning and the Lansing Housing Commission (LHC) is seeking proposals from interested and socially responsible partner(s) to provide creative subordinate financing with favorable rates and terms to support the financial feasibility of restoring a historic landmark at 927 South Washington creating new, high-quality affordable housing for seniors in the City of Lansing and renovating existing senior housing at Oliver Gardens with the addition of 16 new senior housing units. Proposals will be evaluated based on their alignment with the redevelopment efforts of the Project and in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria listed at www.lanshc.org.
