Bids must be received at the Lansing School District Purchasing Office, ATTN: Purchasing, 519 W. Kalamazoo St, Lansing, Michigan 48933 before 2:00 pm local time Thursday, November 20, 2025. Bids will be opened publicly and read loud at 2:00 pm, Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the same location. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. The School District shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid.
