The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following new Agenda Items at its regular meeting on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd, Las Cruces, NM 88007.
Case No. V25-011: A request submitted by Kathy Leach, owner, a Variance on a 1.00-acre parcel for a 0’ side and rear setback; where a 5’ side and 3’ rear setback is required, as well as a Variance on a 5’ tall rock wall fence; where a 4’ height is required in a T4 zone (General Neighborhood). The parcel is located north of Las Cruces, NM at 206 E Jesus Silva Ave, within Section 15, Township 19S, Range 3 west, and was recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on March 24, 2020, under Instrument No. 2007377 and can be further identified as Parcel Acct. No R1200757.
Case No. V25-012: A request submitted by Frank Martinez, owner, a Variance on a 1.83-acre parcel for a 0’ side setback where a 5’ setback is required in a D1-L zone (Low Density Residential - Limited). The parcel is located northwest of Las Cruces, NM at 4749 Bowra Ln, within Section 26, Township 22S, Range 1 East, and was recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on August 19, 2022, under Instrument No. 2222516 and can be further identified as Parcel Acct. No R0304609.
