Notice of Public Meeting on Agency Plan The Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 requires Eastern Regional Housing Authority to prepare a 5 year and Annual Plan covering the operations of the Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Beginning February 3, 2026 a copy of the 5 Year Action and 5 Year and Annual Plan will be available for public review. The public is welcome to request a copy of the Plan(s) and submit comments to the Eastern Regional Housing Authority beginning February 3, 2026 through March 19, 2026.
