Notice of intention is hereby given by the Boards of Education of Gadsden Independent School District No. 16, Las Cruces Public School District No. 2, and Hatch Valley Public School District No. 11, acting as the single advisory board of the Doña Ana Community College, for a regular meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 7th of May 2026. The meeting will be held at the community college’s board room (DAEM 207) at 2800 N. Sonoma Ranch Blvd, and will also be available by webcast via Zoom (https://nmsu.zoom.us/j/88456085573). The agenda will include discussion and possible action on a number of items, including the annual Open Meetings Act resolution and a bond redemption resolution; FY26-27 operating budget; election of Board officers; as well as college and school district updates. In compliance with Open Meetings Act, copies of the agenda will be made available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and accessible on the public DACC website at https://dacc.nmsu.edu/about/advisory-board/.
