Request for Sealed Proposals Request for Sealed Proposals Lorenzo Independent School District is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the following: Roof Improvements to Various Locations throughout the District RFP #09035-25-01 Competitive sealed proposals addressed to Dr. Gregory Nelson, Superintendent, Lorenzo Independent School District, 1003 3rd Street, Lorenzo, Texas 79343, for roofing improvements at the Lorenzo Independent School District will be received at the above address no later than 1:00 P.M., on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Electronic Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain access after Wednesday, February 11, 2026 via email at kwaprojects@KWA-Engineers.com or by contacting KWA Engineering and Building Science Company, Inc. at 806.705.7173. Documents will be provided to prime bidders only; only complete sets of documents will be issued. Access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers. A mandatory Preproposal Conference meeting for all bidders will be held at Lorenzo ISD, 1003 3rd Street, Lorenzo, Texas 79343 on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 10:30 CST, local time. Prospective prime bidders are required to attend. Lorenzo Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any and all formalities and conditions.
