NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on January 30, 2026, at 10:05 AM at the Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208 Monroe, New York 10950.
The Planning Board of the Village of South Blooming Grove on January 2, 2026, set a public hearing to afford the public the opportunity to comment on the application for the development of property at 104-108 Duelk, 12 Hawthorne, 13 Hawthorne, 338 Lake Shore Drive, 102 Duelk, 23 Fort Worth Place, 17 Mangin, 7 Old Town, 363 Lake Shore Drive, 327 Lake Shore Drive, pursuant to the Village of South Blooming Grove Code.
All persons Interested in being heard on this matter are Invited to attend and provide comments. Anyone wishing to supply written comments can do so via the following methods: (a) submitting the same at the time of the public hearing; (b) mailing comments to Village Hall, P.O. Box 295, Blooming Grove, New York 10914, to be received by Noon on the date of the Public Hearing; or (3) emailing the Village
Planner at tshepstone@vosbg.com.
