TOWN OF MINISINK PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Minisink will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 278 of the Town Law on the application of Purple Cow 2 – Minor Subdivision c/o Frank Jackson for the approval of a four-lot residential subdivision located at 696 New York State Route 284 in the Town of Minisink.   Said hearing will be held on the 28th Day of January 2026, at the Town of Minisink Municipal Building, 20 Roy Smith Drive, Westtown, New York at 7:00 P.M. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   The Town of Minisink will make every effort to ensure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
