LEGAL NOTICE - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the Tri-Valley Central School District, located at 34 Moore Hill Road, Grahamsville, New York 12740, is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified Architectural Firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the District. Services may include, but are not limited to: facilities planning, capital project design, construction administration, and related consulting services in accordance with New York State Education Department (SED) requirements. Copies of the RFP specifications may be obtained from the District Office or District Website beginning 10/14/2025 during regular business hours or by emailing richardbebenroth@trivalleycsd.org. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "PROPOSAL FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES" and received by the District no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on November 14th, 2025 at the following address: Tri-Valley Central School District Richard Bebenroth Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance 34 Moore Hill Road Grahamsville, NY 12740 The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal which it deems to be in the best interest of the District. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience with New York State public school projects, familiarity with SED procedures, proposed fees, and references.
